Years ago I knew how to do a lot more
in photoshop than I remember now.
Recent events have caused me to reload
my OS to ElCapitan since Sierra
did not work with many of my programs.
In so doing I lost several actions, one of
which I had gotten from Photoshop CS3
and Scott Kelby's book 7-Point System
that I used for sharpening images as I would convert
from DNG to JPG files.
I had loaned my book to someone who
gave it away so I went online and found
an old copy so that I could recreate
the action. In doing so however I decided
to go through the lessons again as
much as possible since the newest Photoshop
is far advanced over the CS3 version.
Below are three images that I have played
with to try and use LAB in my processing again.

I still need more practice to get what I really want
but at least it has sparked the desire again.
