I almost missed this one.
While traveling home from a family event we noticed
it as it was about half way into it.
However we live where mountains prevent us
from seeing the moon until it is quite high over the horizon.
So here is when we were able to start seeing
it and as it was starting out of the complete eclipse phase.
I was having to shoot this at an incredibly high ISO
but it worked.
It was now getting enough light to drop the high ISO speed.
Sometimes I shot with a longer exposure making the eclipse
look in this sequence like it was going back and forth.
Almost out.
Just had to play around a little and take a shot through
our pine trees.
Now there was only a small shadow remaining.
Moon totally out of the eclipse.
