May 20, 2016 Annex Update

Progress continue.

During Women's Conference I was asked by a couple

of ladies that were speculating about what that new 

building was going to be and they were sure

it was going to be a parking plaza.

This is the south side.

 HVAC ducts are pretty well in now.

 A lot more walls are up except on the second level.

 The outside bottom area is being prepared for the windows.

 The south side outside wall is getting 

the final facing. 

Looks like insulation is being readied to install.

To date progress on the south. We are trying to figure

out what will be cement and what will be grass.

Green growth in a covered plastic sandbox

We have a small covered plastic dinosaur 

sandbox that has sat all winter. 

When we opened it tSaturday here is what we found.

A secret garden.

And this was the sunrise Saturday morning.

A lot of the walls are up and only a few are left.

 The second set of stairs also went in the week.

I not only love the smell of the air when it rains

but also the raindrops on everything 

 and the clouds as they begin to clear out

May 8, 2016 Annex update

It is getting a little harder to show the actual progress 

with images taken from inside the Marriott Center

but here are some from the last several days.

 I guess it has to be this way but there sure has been a lot of 

digging and re-digging on this project.

 Once these walls get covered my images will be stopped.

So far they are not in a hurry to close it in.

 These steps are the latest addition that 

shows good progress.
