When Raindrops Fall

Raindrops falling on the roof of my pavilion

made some fun shapes in the water at ground level

While watching these raindrops falling

I also noticed the cloud as it rolled toward the canyon

My friendly neighbor

The pheasant that lives in the field to the East of us

doesn't come around very close when I am outside'

 Well this time he came so close that I was almost 

unable to fit him into the camera frame.

 He is a beautiful bird.

There were lots of beautiful flowers and trees to see 

even if it was early spring and most of the 

outdoor plants were not growing yet.
